For current students, our 2025-2026 application will be emailed to you via Procare on January 6th. If you prefer a paper copy, that will be available on the shelf outside our office beginning December 16th. 

For new students, please check back on January 13th to access the application. A current immunization record (or religious exempt form) must be submitted and the original birth certificate must be seen upon enrollment.

FBP has a limited number of scholarships available. If you need financial assistance, you may come by our office and pick up a scholarship application.
